    Life cannot get any worse..
    Current mood: crappy

Basically no one's going to understand this or probably doesn't even care to but I'll explain it as best I can--life sucks lately. Medication ruins my life, but I have to have it. What makes things suck even more is that I don't know which it is. Is it my Pristiq or is it my Depo Provera or is it BOTH?

I'm completely poor right now due to a sudden trip to the hospital a few weeks ago which included a lot of hospital equipment to be used [also a CAT scan], a SURGERY, a lot of medication to be prescribed, AND 2 weeks hospital/doctor leave given. I work a $14.00 an hour job and I am down to less than $3-400.00 in the bank. Where I work we are paid one week behind so that means I'll have to work 2-3 weeks to even GET A CHECK because I've been off for 2 weeks. I have 2 car bills and a cell phone bill coming out in a couple weeks time. I have yet to see the hospital bill which will be in the thousands (no, I'm not joking). I'm trying to save what little I have left in the bank but my car is a gas guzzler for one. For two, I just had to pay nearly $300.00 to get breaks installed and an oil check. For three, my car is crapping out again and may need work done!

Can life get any worse? Doubt it.

Anyway, back to my medications. I believe my medications are ruining my relationship with my boyfriend and would probably ruin any relationships with any friends of mine if I actually saw any of them anymore. I'm not this way just because I can be, I am this way because of what these meds are turning me into. I'm naturally an irritable person but everything sets me off whether it should or shouldn't. I'm not in a good mood anymore, I'm only crabby and y for no reason at all and I can't control it. Not to mention, and I have read up about it here on the internet, my anxiety meds [Pristiq] cause me to get headaches after I wake up. It doesn't matter if I sleep for 2 hours or 10, I will get a headache. I don't know if it's just one med or both contributing but it has got to stop.

Pristiq I can just stop taking and get switched to a different pill when I get the chance to go back to the doctor in a few weeks. Depo Provera I can't. It's a 3 month hormonal shot. You can't just pull this stuff out of your blood stream.

I guess it's just a kind of rant. Sorry if this was a waste of your time.

I guess you will have to wait 3 weeks to talk to your Doctor and explain what is happening but there is a lot of stress going on in your life as well and financial hardship, which would be contributing to it.

I always find that "in advance" if you tell a creditor that you have been in hospital and that ou have been of work for two weeks and ask for an extention that you have worked out, generally they will help you. It's when you say nothing and wait for bill and then the reminder notice/final notice that they will not listen.

Perhaps give that a go to get rid of some of the stress in the meantime.

As, for no one listening? That is what this site is for, we listen and we reply.

    Best wishes.

it sounds as if your money and health problems are really dragging you down. cant really offer any advice, but keep the faith, things will improve. and creditors are usually understanding if you explain things.
