Unhappy Depression

Lately i've been depressed and I don't know why but I feel it is causing me to just eat a lot more than I usually do. And because of that I feel like i've gained weight because me clothes are now a little tight which makes me even more depressed. The same thing happened to me in junior high and I'm not sure how to solve this problem. I know why i was doing it then, but I dont see any reason for why i'm depressed and overeating again now.

Try doing a good hard work out every couple of days, with plenty of walking in between. Get stress reducer and mood elevator!
