Default help! Anxiety is sickeningly high!

I can't do anything about it. I've tried almost every medicine the psychiatrist has prescribed me. The thing I'm on now is probably the best I've taken so far and even that is no where near enough (I am on a high dosage too)

My anxiety is soooo high I tend to become obsessive when I worry about something to the point where I feel sick and like throwing up (my medicine does keep me from feeling nauseous but I still get headaches from being obsessive sometimes)

I have recently become premature gray from worrying too much i think (no one else in my family is premature gray) and I also have a high sex drive which I want lowered (I'm a virgin and I masturbate soooo much to where it gets in the way of my life, it's not good. I do it to reduce the stress I think or to reduce my anxiety by getting it out and I really don't wanna do it anymore, it's not in my belief system)

I should mention I am 21 years old and live at home with the family too. I have had this anxiety problem all my life and started masturbating at about age 9 or 10 which I think is extremely early.

I have gone for hormone testing and my estrogen and testosterone levels came out normal so that isn't the problem. (I've seen an endocrinologist due to have facial and excessive body hair as well and that didn't work either) but anyway

Is there ways to lower my anxiety to where I don't have to masturbate maybe? Or a food I can eat that will lower anxiety? (that isn't alcohol or smoking, I don't want to use either). I have trouble going and driving and that interferes a lot with my life too having to get people to drive me places because my anxiety and I get too scared. I can't seem to focus anymore either, I can't even sit down and read a picture book due to it. (I'm not hyper so it isn't adhd, it's anxiety cuz I just sit there biting my nails and worry)

any help would be great thanks.

You need to find out what it is that has caused this ...

Have you tried hypnotherapy?

I can't see masterbation as being a problem, that is a part of finding..

I see finding being a problem and masterbation being a part of you finding, so what is it you need to find about your past...
