Has anyone here heard of taking a supplement of inositol for panic attacks? apparently some studies have shown that it is as effective as anti depresants in many people. the drug companies havent publicised it as there is no money to be made from it!!!

I have ordered some, if anyone is interested i will report back!

Darling... I am sorry that you feel you need those still.

You know I know, ex's suck.

I Sent the divorce papers with well,... and i got a message which ended in "call me" with a grrr at the end.

I didn't panic but it reminded me of before...

I can't answer you thread but I can say, you keep shining, keep smiling, keep moving for today and remember, those idiots, will get what they deserve, it's only the beautiful that succeed in life, like you and me...

    Remember that.

You know, I don't speak much about me, rather you haha.. All of you.

So thank you for that reply, it means a lot.

Yeah I will also get there, and the egg shells are long gone, but I can't deny that he made me feel like walking on them again over that comment, i felt it, i heard it, i turned to my other half and mentioned it... It reminded me sooo much...

I can say, what helped me, apart from strength and believing, was, walking and smelling the roses so to speak.

I understand the destruction someone can have on you sweet, I understand...

And again thank you for supporting me.

But also know that in doing so, in seeing that, in realising, you are in a better place than you thought, as your not self absorbed over what happened.

    I am proud of you
