Glad to see you back. How does your husband respond to all this? Is he supportive?

Our minds and thinking can seem complex but they really do work very much like a computer. You have some tough programs running. It's been around for a while but I think you might find Shad Helmstetter's book, The Self Talk Solution, could give you some insight. It's an easy read, would you get a copy and read it? Please?

You need to get a handle on what is going on and why and this just may help you move in the right direction. Sally, you are an attractive young woman, you are intelligent in many ways, you have a husband who loves you as are, a lot of women would love to have what you have. You need to come to understand why you can't love and accept your self. You can reprogram your thinking. I assume you are in counseling? Are they giving you any tools to work with?

Your one of the most "honest" people I have met via an Internet ( except for my man), haha.

Good for you for being bold enough to explain your absense and thank you....

No matter what we say, you aint going to get the thought pattern that you actually are very attractive and that your boobs, be it small, are part of your make-up and who you are and can be real cute in the right clothes and be very sexy...

Have you tried padded bras?

I mean, i bought underwear that looks like rubbish and does nothing for my figure, and I have bought underwear that makes a 45 woman look 20 in the bust department, fortunately i haven't dropped too much lol.. but wow, i can look and go "things that make you go mmm" even if it's me...

Sometimes, clothes makeith, the woman... In other words.

Your husband has never put you down about your body afterall has he?

Why not go and get fitted in some sexy, padded bras and nickers, that make you feel awesome?

Kate Hudson comes to mind, she wins "best dressed" so many times and she is an hour glass figure in that department.

As, I said though no point mentioning any of that, as you can't see.

Another thing though on that note, why not go and find mags/books/or google and find a site that only show small breasted women? And, seriously look at those, only those, nothing else and see what you see..

I hate padded bras it like when you get a nicely wrapped christmas gift and open it up and its an ugly sweater. Its like they look good till you take you shirt off then its just pathetic.
I really don't care what my husband thinks, I don't like him all that much and it's not about him.
Idk I just think small breasted woman are not as attractive as large chested at all.

Glad you are back Sally CW is right you are honest. So have you talked to a dr about having a breast enhancement done? Did the hospital set you up with someone to talk to?
