I don't know about Canadian law, but here in the US, you can petition the court to anull child support.

You're making 30k as a paralegal(?). He's making 80k salary PLUS his military pension. I'm guessing he's bringing in over 100k a year. Because the income comparison is so disproportionate, you should petition the court to stop child support because it's becoming an extreme burden on you to be able to pay the support on top of your own bills (which you're already behind on).
