Default Combat Alzheimer's disease!

I recently watched a medical show that covered Alzheimer's disease. It was very informative and I would like to share a few key points that could be helpful to many of you.

If you want to combat and prevent Alzheimer's disease, it is said that you should take frequent walks and venture out in public. This helps to stimulate your mind and promote healthy brain processing.

Engage in mentally stimulating games such as puzzles and anything that makes you work to figure out how to solve it. Matching games where you have to use your memory are also very good to do.

It was once believed that if parts of the brain die or is damaged, that there would be no new brain growth. That has been disproven. In fact, the more you use your brain, the better. There is potential for some new brain growth.

And of course, be sure to eat healthy and drink a lot of water!
