Many people get nervous or self-conscious on occasion, like when giving a speech or interviewing for a new job. But social anxiety disorder is more than just shyness or occasional nerves. Anxiety disorders are generally very treatable, but people who experience them find them hard to overcome. In order to overcome depression, you have to nurture yourself by asking for help from others, setting limits on what you’re able to do, adopting healthy habits, and scheduling fun activities into your day. You can also find a therapist from (edit) to overcome with anxiety and depression.
