The linden method?

Hi all,

Has anybody on here tried the linden method? If so did it work and what is it about as the website doesnt tell you? They only tell you what it isnt

...

I was thinking of buying it but its very expensive, all the reviews are very good though.

Maybe some of you should check it out?

When you read something and have doubts, there is a reason, follow your gut feeling.

In addition, websites promoting are doing that, promoting...

If you want an answer always ask your Doctor and let them guide you.

I have never heard of the linden method... what is it and what is it supposed to do/help?

Honestly you will have to look for yourself, i have been on their website via google and it does not tell you how they do it

they just tell you that they have never failed to cure someones anxiety 100%. It is something that you buy and it costs about £80... But like i said they dont actually tell you what you are buying, just what is is called.. its very strange. However they do tell you what it isnt...

i have been reseaching the linden method all day and want to buy it for myself it is cds that teaches you to relax and how to control yourself before an anxiety attack i however thought there might have been a site where you could download it for free but after a long day searching i did not find one my, i had a bad attack the other night i have been ill with the flu and all of a sudden it hit me i felt dizzy i had the shakes, nuesea, feeling faint etc etc i am in constant fear that i am dying my husband however is not understanding and thinks anxiety is a crock of so i dont have his support but i would buy it and i think i will i just wont tell my husband it is about $100

I too want to try it but am put off by the large price tag. I think eventually i will more than likely end up buying it. i am currently using the linden method but only for the past 2 weeks. I have had extreme anxiety for the past 8 months and have researched everything on the planet to find some releif. i have been on paxil (now weaning off because it is not working), been to naturopaaths, bought every workbook , been to hospital for CBT therapy,there is etc etc. It is very early for me to say wether or not the Linden method will resolve all my anxiety issues ( i work full time, run a large household and have 5 daughters!) so am not able to committ as much time as i should.. but i will tell you in complete honesty... i feel a change, i am able to understand what is really going on with me and i believe what he says 100%! I know it will work for me... i honestly feel positive that a change is possible! I try everyday to work on his program and feel very encouraged. I find Charles Linden to be very genuine sincere man and am convinced he is teaching the right stuff to anxiety suffers. when i 1st rec.d the package and started to read...I cried like a baby because i just felt he really understood. And I have no clue why everyone thinks it is so expensive! I rec.d a ton of information, CD downloads, relaxation stuff and a manuel, 24 hour support from his staff ( you can call or email any questions.... AND I HAVE ALWAYS RECIEVED AN ANSWER!) and he does live webcasts on fridays where you can ask him anything! All this for 100.00 dollars!!!! (Canadian) WORTH EVERY PENNY! ( there is a program advertised from the Arizona Stress Centre for 500.00!) I am not anxiety free as of yet but I can see and feel the possibilities and that is very exciting!!!! so far, i am very encouraged and will continue to work on it!
