    Default Hello Again

    hello again!

So sorry to hear how much your anxiety is effecting you! I spoke to you last time you posted a thread and you said that you was going to try The Linden Method, what happened with that? Did you decide against it afterall?
I had exactly the same problem with being sick every time I ate, It got to the point that I was being sick every 15mins or so and was taken to the urgent care centre and given a tablet called 'prochlorperazine' I think. I must say it worked wonders and I never even finished them - I didnt need to! I am now eating okay. Maybe you should ask someone to go to a close pharmacy to see if you can get them without prescription? If not you should definetely ask your DR. I really do think they would help you
You shouldnt worry too much about your anxiety (I know how hard this is - honest!) as no one has ever come to any serious harm through an anxiety disorder. Plus, the more you worry about it the longer you will have the symptoms. Try to think of getting better. There is no miracle cure for anxiety, it takes time to get over it. If you lay back and relax, take it slow, and dont force yourself to do things that you are uncomfortable with im sure you will start to feel a little better.

    Keep your chin up!!
