Thread: Medication for stress & anxiety

I have been suffering from mental stress and a friend of mine suggested ?prozac?. Does anyone have information on prozac for stress relief?

Yeah, I used prozac for a year or so - It helped but my husband recommended a natural alternative - currently I'm using Theramood - The Stress Relief Patch. I feel much better- it works just as well as any of the drugs I used in the past - but it?s safe.
