Thanks to everyone who replied.
i did some research on it and as a result i now have a better understanding of it.
In my case i now believe i have a mild case of OCD and this isnt a bad thing once i can contoll it .
OCD is a mental mind set and now that i understand it more i can controll mine as in resent days i can recognise when its getting the better of me so i then take a step back and thats it......... the things that wind me up that seams the be all and end all are not that important after all , as roxylee said i have better things to worry about.
