If you are one that equates doctor with medical doctor then do not go to those MD doctors as they will write a very quick prescription for Xanax or Prozac. If you still want professional doctoral advice without the drug method go see a psychologist. They are not allowed to write prescriptions and are not so prone to even advising drug methods, they are more 'talk therapy' and can simply have a few sessions to see if there are cognitive behavioral methods you can put into your life to help the mood swings. Other than that trying to sooth yourself without professional advice is very difficult to do, if it were easy everyone would simply "snap out of it". But it is not easy like that. If it is simply stress related then you can try to maneuver around the stress to cope with it better.I am NOT going to a doctor about this. What should I do? *BESIDES GO TO A DOCTOR?!?!?!?*
