Unfortunately, we cannot control what others think or do. We can only control ourselves. It sounds like your thoughts are running away from you...like they're out of control. What you need to do is find someone you can talk to...perhaps a counsellor or a therapist. You could also take out some books from the library about self-help and how to improve your confidence.
I don't think it's healthy for you to feel so bad about yourself or about the problems in your life. Try to do things that help you feel better and try to find some help.
