Default I had postpartum psycosis with both babies will I get it with the change?

I'm afraid. I had quite a roller coaster of crazy emotions after both children. I literally took everything out on my husband. I believed he was cheating. I hid in our closet with the baby late at night to see if I could hear him calling anyone. I thought the lesbian couple next door were after him. I was sooooooo mean to him and so completely out there. By the time our second child arrived my Mom and some close friends were monitoring me.

It was for about two months each child and then I was ok.

I'm afraid because I'm about to be menopausal and I hope to God I don't feel those weird scary paranoid feelings again.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Has not happened to me yet and I hope it won't. But I do get paranoid at times and I get a panic attack. Do you not trust your husband enough to think he might be cheating and trying to catch him red-handed (confirmation bias)?

My Aunt had such episodes (which gets worse) after child birth and so she was brought to a psychiatrist. She was prescribed some medicine to help her hormones and vitamin level get balanced as it affects brain functions as well as emotions.
