I've never really thought that my dreams technically mean things but there have been enough coincidences to make me take note. I write most of them down, especially if there's something striking in them (even if they aren't nightmares) and I've got a record of them now that goes back about three years or so and is almost 80 typed pages long. If they're warnings, though, to me that doesn't make a whole lot of sense because they're triggered by things that aren't real. Hannibal Lector is not a real person and he is not going to show up in my bedroom, so unless he's a metaphor for something else that I need warning against . . . I mean, good heavens, if my nightmares were all warnings of what was to come, half the people I know (plus a large number of other people I don't know) would be dead, some of them multiple times.

Honey we've asked for proof on that note

AND as a child I had nightmares but I am well normal I believe.

I am not sure what causes them I love WC's interpretation of alot of things I feel she's an older soul than me, can see more than I can in alot of ways, where I can maybe read today more with people but it's to me, problems in our lives that we want to escape from.....

Be it financial or relationships or past , previous life or childhood "something" is bothering us at that time, maybe this so called Author stating it's a mental problem is stating it's a past thought we can't get rid of haven't crossed over? Can't let go? That makes sense to me...

80 notes? Obviously nothing concluded look deeper into your past is all I can suggest, with possibly hypnotherapy?

Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
    It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.

Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
    you must believe!

I have heard it said before that your dreams are your sub-conscious trying to tell you things that you don't realise while your conscious. And I believe that.

Although when I was younger, I had the same dreams for years. A little girl in a white dress and she's standing beside a garden table that has an umbrella and there's a glass of water on it, which she never touches, and I could never see her face, just long brown hair from the back.
It's really really quiet, and all of a sudden there's loads of banging and really loud noises. And I use to get a feeling of being petrified. The little girl would never move, just always stand there in the same spot, and tell a few minutes later, the noise would stop and everything would become still and quiet again.

I don't have that dream anymore, and still not quite sure what it was trying to tell me. ?

But I do believe that every dream no matter how normal or strange, it has a meaning.
