Default Thoughts/Anxiety

I have delt with anxiety on and off for 8 yrs, when it flares up i get these weird thoughts that i am going to go crazy. Usually if i am doing something, like if i am hanging a pciture with a nail and hammer, i get this thought, what if i went crazy and started breaking stuff, or hurt someone. I also have these intense headaches......which also make me feel more anxious and crazy. Has anyone else ever had fears of this type

Default I go through the same things

you are not alone i suffer from panic attacks i dont know if you have ever experienced one before but i know hoe you feel i feel like sometimes i cant breath, sweaty palms, the worst for me is the racing heart beat and the dizziness. i have done so much research on that topic that its easier for me to deal with it know, but it does still scare me i get them out of no where sometimes inner anxiety and its scares me its no way to live...so i do understand what you through and you are not crazy and you wont die from anxiety the worst that could happen is you will be very tired at the end of the day...and remember anxiety makes you feel very weired body symptoms learn to see them for what they are i have had the for 4 years know but life goes on and we! will be ok.
