What I've done for my mental-health
1. 10 years of 12-step programs.
2. Now reading anything and everything I can find on conscious manifesting by Ester Hicks, or Louise Hay.
It's so much easier not to make myself depressed/anxious with my thoughts - I simply know how to control them and am motivated to do so now!
