    Default Tired the past week.....

For the past week I've been really tired and just yesterday I felt I had some energy but today it's gone once more. I don't know what it is, I think it might have something to do with my mental health. I know that sometimes physical exhaustion can be linked with mental health so I think I might have some problems there.

I'm not sure if it's from work or from home or something else that is lying somewhere in my subconscious mind but I know something is there causing me to be tired. I get plenty of rest, sometimes, but when I go to work fully rested I end up coming home at the end of the day all tuckered out. I don't understand it. Is there any herbal medicines that can help this or some type of tea that I don't know about? Please help, I want to be back to my normal cheery self for my fiance and for myself.

P.S. I asked for herbal medicines because I don't use conventional means anymore. I find them too troubling with all their strange side effects.

Try getting your Iron checked before you think about mental fuges. I am a anemic so I get tired spells a lot. There are a lot of herbals multis that give your iron a boost... If it's not that, try B-12 complex, works for the "pick me up" and usualy lasts for a good 8 hours. Hope you feel better...

Thanks! I do have some iron pills here at my home so I'll try that. Thanks for the help! I've tried B-12 in the past and I feel the same so you might be right. Thanks a lot!

Good advice AfterChildren. Yeah, I would take a multi-vitamin and then add a long brisk walk to your day. Get your body moving around and clear your head. I often get tired and sluggish because I'm inactive. Exercise boosts those endorphens in the body.

Sourpuss, I work as a waitress so I think I get plenty of exercise since I'm running or walking around on my feet for about 8 hours a day. But I have been walking in the evening for about an hour with my fiance. It's fun and I did take a B-12 and I felt a lot better. Thanks AfterChildren and Sourpuss!
