just wondering if anyone can help me to understand borderline personality disorder and my state of mind. Over the last 3 months I have pushed away anyone and everyone that cared about me. I just always think there is someone constantly watching me. i dont leave my house and i dont let anyone in. what should i do to get over all this?

My sister also suffers from this problem, so I can understand what you're going through. If you haven't talked to a doctor or psychiatrist, please do it soon. My sister suffered for years and I didn't know what was going on with her. I just thought she was being difficult, so I left her alone. Unfortunately it took her o.d.ing before we realized there was something terribly wrong. PLEASE GET HELP! It does get better. My sister is on medication and is doing very well. I have her back now.

What medications are your sister taking?
