First thing you need to do is just accept that you may have to go to the bathroom frequently and that it's just a part of life now. Nothing to be ashamed of or overly concerned about. Then, just let whoever you are with know that you may need to stop frequently to use the bathroom. Any nice respectable person would understand and be supportive about it. Don't let this prevent you from enjoying your life. Many people have to deal with this sort of thing every day. If you think that you will be on a long drive that may not have a nearby rest stop, then be prepared with a roll of toilet paper and just pull the car over and head off for a bush. It may not be the most lady-like thing to do, but who cares??? You have to do what you have to do you know. I hope you don't let this get you down!
