Java script is not allowed!

Just a friendly reminder to everyone that java script is not allowed. There is now a filter in place. Posting malicious or advertising java script for advertising will get you banned.

Sure. It's actually spelled as "Java Script" without the space in the middle, but because of the filter, I can't spell it correctly.

It's a form of website code/programming that is used for many different things on the Internet. Think of HTML, but much more complex. It is not allowed here (or on most forums for that matter) because it can be used to inject the site with malicious code. Meaning someone could use Java Script to do something very bad.

Not to worry though, the site is filtering the script out and making it useless.

I posted this because people were trying to insert script into posts. It's not always bad and most people are just trying to use it for advertising, but that is not allowed either.
