Yeah the ads are always there. Some naughty people advertise and place links in their posts which is against the rules.

It depends actually, if your not logged on, you will see words in a different colour that are links that the owners place, as advertising, generating money to keep the site alive.
Here, I'm talking about visitors pages, (your own profile page), if you receive a message from someone you don't know, that is a link, or asking you to email them, please report it
On the actual threads/posts, if your not sure report it anyway, we can always check
