    Smile Hello and welcome!

    Hello everyone! This is Jessica, the forum moderator and designer of womens-health.com. I just want to thank everyone for stopping in to take a look at our friendly online community just for women! We hope that our support board will enlighten, brighten spirits, and help women get through the hardest of times.

    This board has a lot of features you may enjoy! You can upload your own avatars and profile pictures or choose from the many that I have added. You can personalize your profile for other's to view and you can attach pictures to your posted messages! This entire site also has a search option in case you are having problems finding a topic.

    We have worked hard to make this site as informative and easy to use as possible and will be continuously working to expand. This site is for YOU and we want to know what YOU think! Please feel free to give us your suggestions and input. Your opinions will help make this the best online resource for women!

    Hi Jessica how do you upload a custom Avatar? I've done it on other boards but this one confuses me.

    Hey! I just figured out how to do this last night - ok what you do is first you have to make 35 posts. At least that's around the time I noticed the uploader.

    And then once ya do that, then you prolly know where the edit avatar thing is well it should be below the thing with the anime avatars and all that.
