CB, in the few months you have been with us here at WH, your presence and the quality of your posts have been appreciated by all of us! You are thought provoking and honest, while at the same time being nonjudgmental and supportive. You are willing to respond and participate in an extensive variety of subjects, keeping conversations flowing, and making a heartfelt effort to help those who seek advice.

And may I add, I speak for many here in our little community, when I say that your open and honest contribution to the Fitness Challenge threads have been (and still are) very much valued!

It's wonderful when someone comes here, listens, uses their own thoughts on what to take and what not to, develops friends, plays a part of our community and shows the progress with lights shining, it makes me smile.

Lol. No worries. I didn't even know I got the title too. Yay!

I'm so glad that when I reached out for help, I found the support of all these warm, loving friends. Because of this forum, I have a whole crew of people with different strengths, standing behind me and rooting for me to make the right choices and be the person I want to be. It's great to get to a place where I realize I don't need anyone in my corner because this is a circle where we're all behind each other.
