I'm leaning toward getting it. She's older now and in a new school and I'm starting to realize that it could be a good thing for her to have (with limitations). Hubby and I are researching.

Lightbulb having a cell phone is a good thing

I got a cell phone when i was about her age.my mom got me a pre paid one and she knew where i was at all times.i believe kids nowadays need that little extra protection.just in case something happens a school or while she walking down the street.you can never be too sure of people nowadays.there are crazy ones out there.
