advice please
My 21 month old, Isaac, will suddenly not go to sleep without a fight. Tonight it took me almost two hours to get him to go to bed. He's started waking up after a 30-45 minute nap at his babysitters as well. By the time I finally get him down, he's completely exhausted. We have a bedtime routine: bath, teeth, book, and then bed. I don't know what to do anymore. I take classes online, so this is really having an effect on my schoolwork. Can someone please give me some advice? I'm at my wit's end...

What I did with my brother
I am 22 and quite a bit older than my younger brother. When I was 16 he was 2. Anyways, I use to give him a glass of warm milk and those sugar free cookies while listening to a book before bed. More than 80% of the time it worked. Also I went to bath and body works and got those aroma therapy crystals that help you sleep and put them in the bath tub with him. Those use to seem to calm him down. Oh and I know this is mean but I created a monster. Not a bad monster or anything but this monster was called tickle monster and if he got out of bed, this monster would ticket his feet uncontrollably. Usually the first time they always test it so I had one of my girlfriends go under his bed and tickle him until he jumped back in bed for the first time and then she would creep out when he fell asleep. Now I am not saying scare the out of your kid but hey, if it worked for my ADHD little brother I think it could work for anyone. Hope I helped a little. Have a good one!
