Men and boys can get breast reduction surgery, if it is wanted.
It seems that this boy has never had a male role model, so he has wanted to become more like his mother who wanted a girl in the first place (I searched these posts to see if the father was mentioned as far as interacting with this boy or being a part of the decision making process). He will continue to grow up confused and possibly shunted to a gender role he does not want due to societal and motherly pressures. He definitely needs counseling and quite possibly needs to be in a different setting so he can learn the right cues if he decides that he wants to be masculine.
Your post is very confusing as you keep referring to your son as "she". This is a very serious issue and I agree with the other posts that you need to seek councelling....as well as your son. This is another reason why I do not agree with pregnant women being able to find out the gender of their unborn child. You take what you get and that's that...so why are people so anxious to know? The wonderful world of technology can cause more harm than good I think
