I'm new to all of this. Let me tell you all why I am here. You see, I'm a teenager and my mom found out about my boyfriend and me doing things so she decided to put me on birthcontrol then a week later I told her that I didn't want to take it. My boyfriend came in from Texas and we had unprotected sex now I am a week late but the tests are negative, HELP!!!

Why? Why didn't you want to take any birth control? You know you're sexually active....

Wow. You're asking for help when your mom provided you with birth control--a preventative measure--which you refused.

If you're using those home pregnancy tests and they are showing a negative result, that's ok... but you should go to your doctor and get a pregnancy test done. Not only will they do a urine test, but they will also do a blood test to see if there is any hormonal change consistent with pregnancy--it's more accurate.

I hope all goes well for you.
