Has anyone ever been to those "Mommy n Me" classes? What is it usually like? Are there any classes or activities that you all can recommend for infants? As most of you know im expecting very soon and im looking into finding some activities that will be beneficial to my baby and hopefully me. Any recommendations will be appreciated. Thanks.

    Aww, that sounds so cute!
I've never heard of that, but it's got to be awesome!

Patricias, are you going to take the classes?

Yes i would like to take the classes but i wanted to know really whats it like from people that did take the classes already.
I also saw in my area there are yoga classes, there are different types like for mommy and newborn, mommy and toddler etc..maybe next year i'll look into that when the baby gets a little older. Im just trying to to get into some type of activity so i wont always have to be home, i already know i wont have time for the gym like i use to so if there's something out there for both of us( like the yoga classes) that will be awesome!

It sounds like you already have a handle on a lot of good things... Mommy and Me is cute for the baby, but yoga may be more fun for you... you use the baby to help you, and I've heard from some women that its fun and you get to exercise, which is a bigger bonus than someone singing "Itsy Bitsy Spider" to your four-month-old when they have no clue what's going on.

But its a good way to meet other moms.
