Compleatly missed my period, three negative pregnancy tests...

I usually start my period on the tenth, but it didn't happen at all last month. Is it possible to be pregnant but have no positive pregnancy test results? My nipples are very sensitive, but other then that there aren't any other symptoms. I am normally VERY regular. I took one pregnancy test two weeks after my missed period, and another one a few days later. Both negative. Took another one yesterday, and it turned out to be negative as well. I'm two days late for this month, but that isn't that late yet. I'll take another test in a week if I don't start. I am currently trying for a baby, so it's all very frustrating.

It is possible to be pregnant and it show as negative. It has happened to me. You didn't mention if you've gone to the dr? I would suggest that. Have you have any stress, or changed your diet, or added exercise to your daily routine (these can also change a women's cycle). If you go to the dr, see if they can do a blood test. No real changes at all. I'm going to the doctor is a few days, so hopefully I can figure out whats going on.

with my last pregnancy i also took a bunch of pregnancy test and they all were negative. a month later i went to the dr. office and had another pregnancy test done and it to was negative, so when i mentioned that i had missed a period they did blood work and yep you guess it: negative also. about three months later i took another one and was negative again. i had no sympotms of being pregnant. about a week later i took another test and it was positive. because i had had all of these negavtive test i didn't know when i got pregnant so i had to have a ultrasound and i was about three months pregnant. needless to say this was number 4 four me.

I stopped taking birth control in the middle of July and had a normal period. Then in August I also had a regular period. I am now going on 3 months without a period. I know there is a possibility that I may be pregnant. I have experienced cramping like my period is about to come on but it never does. I also have frequent urination. I have taken 5 pregnancy tests and all have came out negative. But I have only taken 1 test with first morning urine. Has anyone else experienced this?

Me and my husband started trying for our 2nd baby in April. Straight away i missed 3 periods. Doctor said it was probably stress and i had a scan which showed no problems, i then got my period a month later so maybe was stress.
I am now 4 days late again this month but pregnancy test shows negative. Really thought i was this month as was feeling really tired and had some cramping. fell pregnant really quick with my 1st, dunno why its not happening with this one.

I was due for my period on the 6th, which was yesterday. I have been trying to conceive and am so concerned as to what is going on with my body. About 2 weeks ago I had moderate bleeding and some cramping. I was restless and my body was achy. My legs and arms ached. My breasts were sore and I felt as if i was on my period, but i know i was way too early for my period because I'm very regular. For the past 2-3 months I have started my period on the 6th exactly. A few days before the 6th, I saw a little pink color on my tissue paper after using the bathroom (i would say like twice) but nothing ever came of it. I have not even had anything in a panty liner. I have taken a preg test and they all say negative. Do you think that the bleeding 2 weeks ago was a miscarriage?? or was it implantation bleeding??? Can anyone give me advise on this situation?? Im confused. (oh also, when I had that bleeding 2 weeks ago i got a blood test done and it was negative) HELP!

saveme24.... are you saying that you had a negative blood test??? i have not had my period for almost four months now and have taken multiple pregnancy test including a blood test and they have come out negative. I have even come to the assumption that because one of my really close friends who i am always around is pregnant and her hermones are throwing mine off. i am super confused and do not know what to think. SAVEME24 i hope to hear from you.
