Default Being A Mom ??

This year my 4yr old started pre-K, man was the first day so hard. He cried & I tried not to, at least till I got in my van. I never second guessed myself as much as I did that day. I wondered was I doing the right thing, should we have waited another year before sending him to school. He had been so excited & talked about going to school all summer. The days have not gotten any easier. He cries morning & every morning I leave questioning our decision to send him. My husband says if he & I are both so unhappy then we should take him out, but I don't think that would be teaching him a very good lesson. So my question is, do I stick to it & just know this is going to work out & the things he'll learn will be priceless or do I bring him home & be happy for one more year.
After putting this down, I think I know what's the best decision, but let me know what you ladies think.

hello bradsmom, i dont have any kids of my own but i do have a friend that was in a similiar situation so i asked her what she taught about your situation and this is what she said"I would leave him there for a month or so and see if he adjusts, better for him to get used to it now than when he goes to kindergarden". and i do agree with her. hope this helps

so how did it turn out? Has he tried going there?
One of my friends had her son put back another year before grade school, because he was crying every day and his grades were horrible.
When he tried again the next year, he was so much more confident, he has a lot of friends now, and really good grades. If it helps so much in the long run, I think losing a year doesn't matter so much any more.
