hi im a mum of 5 children i have a problem trying to get the kids in a routine can someone help please

Routines are so difficult to stick with at first, but after three to four months it usually sticks well. You usually need to wait three to four months before you really notice results... sucks I know! Write the schedule down for yourself and, depending on your children's ages, write one out for them as well if you want. Keep it fairly simple adding things slowly, same as if you were doing a workout! Whatever you do, stick to it! Hopefully this helps.... Best of luck! |
