What do you mean you "can't" drink it?Do you mean, you don't like the taste?

I am a vegetarian and have cut all cow milk out of my diet (I still eat cheese and whatnot, just don't drink milk).I don't like the taste of original soy milk, unless it is in smoothies or other drinks.I cannot drink it on it's own.But the chocolate is wicked!Yummy!!And strawberry and vanilla are okay.

Whynot try the flavored ones? Or try different brands. There are ton of different brands of soy milk there, some taste better then others. My personal favorite is the "Silk" brand.

Soy milk is very healthy. It contains the same amount of calcium as cow milk, but it is low in fat and contains NO chlosterol.

Default Vegan & Lactose Intolerant

Years ago, I could walk into a supermarket, open a quart of milk
and pay for the empty container.

Then I suddenly became so lactose intolerant that outside of
certain cheeses my mail must be forwarded to the loo if I
imbibe milk.

I use the soy milk as milk. I put it on my ceral, I can drink it
cause it tastes nice. I buy the powered and mix it.
