Default mixing amino acids with other supplements...

Is taking amino acid supplements with...lets say, omega 3 fish oil, (in the same sitting), a good idea? I ask this because I have a suspicion that because amino acids obviously have acidic content, it will burn up the other supplements (especially if they are oils, like omega 3). Just curious, any help would be great.
