Wink Whey protein powder + creatine monohydrate

Hello everyone!

Since September of last year I decided I was going to lose a few pounds and get the body I always wanted...well I started with achieving my ideal weight (or at least getting close) and now that I think my weight is comfortable and my diet is under control I would like to shift that fat for muscle!

When I started I was 63K and now I am 57K, I did this by changing my diet radically and going to the gym (high intensity trainning is just great!!!).

Anyhow, I calculated my BMR and is of 1300 or so, therefore I am never exceeding that amount of calories per day (usually I eat around 1000kcal-1200kcal). I go to the gym only 2 times per week where I do weights and 30 minutes of high intensity exercise in the treadmill (plus different kind of abs to tone) plus I run everday (perhaps 1 day off) for 30-45 minutes of which 30 minutes are pure high intensity as well (and abs after that as well).

Now, I am seeing results and I feel great but I would like to know whether taking home made smoothies with whey powder would help to shift fat for muscle. At the moment most of my fat is concentrated around my belly and hips, really stubborn fat and I really don't wana go like a stick either (ain't that attractive, I think).

So, by doing some research I found this site ***** the price looks good to me and they are selling Whey protein powder + creatine monohydrate together, claiming is the best way to achieve lean muscle and lose fat.

I am familiar with whey protein as my bf takes it and is very well known, but I am not too sure whether I should go for the creatine monohydrate, does someone know about it? I am really after general fitness and achieve nice abs.
Many Thanks and I hope this post ain't too long!!!!
