Buy some powdered protein and drink a shake a day..Go to any drugstore. I seen some last at Wally World.
Also exercising isn't just to lose weight or maintain it. I read in an article that cameron diaz has to constantly exercise or else she's too skinny. She said that when doing the charlies angles movies she had to exercise and realized that she was getting a butt. something she never had. Its all muscle tone and you can shape anything. Protein..weights....you probably don't need cardio that much
