Were you prescribed iron or told to take them? If so, the underlying condition that you had leading to them asking you to take Iron may be contributing to your symptoms too. Iron really shouldn't be taken without a doctors advice and care because it is a vitamin that is possible to have too much of and it become dangerous.

Definitely like wild said, call your doctor right away.

I have been to the doctors, they listened to my heart and said there were no murmurs and no swooshing sounds, checked my blood pressure which was slightly low but it always has been for as long as i have known. i have had an ECG which was ok and i am awaiting results for thyroid screen. im not anemic but my ferretin levels are very low so i was told by my trichologist to buy the iron pills and have also spoken to the doctors about it. i got ferrous sulphate from my village pharmacy so i know there is nothing bad in them. i never wanted to take these in the first place as i am well aware of the health risks involved in too much iron but considering my ferretin levels were so low i had to try that.
