    I guarantee that you can "out eat" your metabolism. I don't care how "freekeshly high" it is or whatever. Sumo wrestlers gain weight by eating simple starches and tons of vegetables.

    If they can do it, so can you....

    I do wonder though if perhaps the amount of food they need to eat would be so high that to gain weight, eating becomes a chore and something they don't look forward too.

    Its also possible that those with a high metabolism can actually increase their metabolism just because they are eating more. I saw this in a documentary where they tried feeding people who are naturally skinny and ridiculous amount of calories per day.

    Many were sick of food but ate for the study. And one person didn't gain any weight at all. Most interesting indeed.

    Aren't you better off consuming a protein shake before you hit the gym, than taking tablets?
