Obesity is a big problem with many people, many people do exercises, dieting, swimming just to lose weight. But they fail just because of their eating habits. Sometime what we eat make us overweight. So the best way to reduce weight is control on our eating habits. My brother had a same problem then his friend suggested him to join Mark Patrick's programs. Really it worked. Their weight loss programs are designed to help eliminate the behaviors that are making people overweight. Both the physiological and psychological compulsions to overeat are addressed by nutrition, hypnosis, programming, guided visual imagery and other powerful technologies.

Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Fruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier. They are also low in calories and helps to keep your calorie count low.

    hello all of you,
i give the suggestion for the weight loose with out surgery. here is my experience for weight loose.Obesity truly is one of the most difficult problems to deal with. It not just derides you of your appearance but it also hampers your self confidence. But all thanks to the numerous weight loss plans available you can easily get rid of extra pounds now. However, a major drawback of these weight loss plans is that they are way too expensive. But nevertheless, you can still lose weight on a budget with the following tips.
Start walking. This is perhaps the cheapest way to lose weight. Simply go to the nearby park and start walking. If you have the stamina, you may also consider a run. You do not have to pay a single penny for this and you will still be able to lose weight.
Do the household chores on your own. Mow the lawn, spring clean your house, clean the floor, wash the tiles….there is so much to do. You may not realize but these small household chores can help you burn off countless calories.
Buy food in bulk. If you are following a particular diet plan, then there must be a particular kind of food that you are advised to eat. Buying this food in bulk costs lesser and helps you lose weight on a budget.
Look for cheaper alternatives. If you are on a diet that asks you to eat nuts, go in for cheaper versions such as walnut instead of cashews or almonds. For fruits, you can go in for cheaper fruits such as bananas and apples.Try these simple tips and enjoy cheap weight loss.
Yoga therapy has been applied in hospitals in India for some time now and medical reseayrch is providing increasing evidence to support the efficacy of yoga therapy. In the USA and Europe now, dedicated and respected yoga therapy centres are developing. There are professional trainings available in yoga therapy and some general practitioners will refer patients for yoga therapy.
Yoga therapy can be practiced alongside any other form of treatment or healing that a person may opt for, from mainstream medical treatment to acupuncture, homeopathy, osteopathy and dietary therapy.Yoga therapy trainings sometimes specialize in one area of yoga therapy such as structural yoga therapy, yoga therapy for depression, or yoga therapy for cancer and/or heart disease. Yoga therapy of all types generally incorporates some lifestyle advice and nutritional recommendation. It is not necessary to have experience of yoga before beginning Yoga therapy

You need to be really careful with your calorie intake - try this website: *Removed outbound links*
You need to add details of everything you eat (which often means weighing food) and it then calculates how many calories you are eating. It will also tell you how many calories you should be eating so you know what your target it. You then need to stick within the target for calorie intake.
It costs about £11/12 a month, but I thoroughly recommend it! It's a very good site - all about sensible eating and also has a members forum - and they are very encouraging. I think they still do a 3 day free trial, so it's definitely worth a look. You may think you know how many calories you are consuming but it's surprising how much you underestimate. Give it a go!

umm just make sure you're eating the right foods. try to stay away from foods with sugar. to have a healthier diet eat foods with whole grains. also, complete many different kinds of exercises. you want to work all different parts of your body. i also heard that you should try not to eat at least two hours before you go to bed because apparently that food will be transformed to fat because you won't be burning it off.

Props to you for devoting that much time for sxercise alone a wk. Here are a few questions that you should be asking yourself...

    1) Do you find yourself having a bigger appetite since adapting the current work out scheme?
    2) Do you consume enough dietary fiber a day (20g)?
    3) Do you drink plenty of water throughout the day?
    4) Do you drink soda, juice, coffee, or any other sugary drinks?
    5) Do you get enough sleep a day?
    6) What setting do you eat in, how do you limit your portions?
    7) How many meals are eaten a day?
    8) Are you a snacker?

I am sure there are many more factors that this that can be contributin to your issue of not bein able to get leaner.

I found that cuttin out sweet drinks and adding low cal flavored water helped with a combination of High fiber oatmeal and lower caloric dense foods not only maintained but cut weight.

Eating slower and allowin the brain enough time for the feeling full sensation to hit is definately beneficial. Best way to do this is to have a nice conversation, chewing the food more, or simply taking smaller/slower bites.

a BMI of 21 is good. I agree with sourpuss...maybe it's muscle. I don't know how tall you are and what your weight is, but 6-10 lbs might be unrealistic. If it's not the type of foods you're eating, then it sounds like you're already doing a good job of working out. I personally would have to STARVE myself to be able to be as thin as I'd like to be at times. I am out of shape now, but even at my peak, I am really unable to get below a BMI of about 23 without some insane food watching and workouts...
