You need water to live. If you're exercising, then you'll need a little more water. It won't make you gain weight, drink up.

I personally feel the best way to kick start a good diet regime is with plenty of water. When I started working towards losing all the baby weight after having my last child, I was drinking up to 6 litres of water a day.
The reason for so much was I needed to "flush out" my system. Before that, I was having a lot of health problems. So I changed my eating habits completely and kept up drinking the six litres for nearly a year. It didn't make me fat or bloated. In fact it did exactly what I hoped it would do and flushed my system clean. Right now I am at my ideal weight having lost all the baby weight plus a bit extra and I don't need to drink quite as much. I average about 1.5 to 2 litres a day now. I find any less than that and I feel a bit sluggish. |

water is vital for good overall health and energy
you will weigh less if you don't drink enough, simply because you won't be carrying enough water... but this is just a temporary thing drinking water is great for weight loss beacuse it means you won't be drinking fizzy drinks or alchohol which contain a surprising number of calories. |

I absolutely love water. Actually, it's the only thing I drink. :/ It's super good for you. It helps clear up your skin, maintain an awesome complexion, delays wrinkles, helps with your urinary tract (well, so does cranberry juice), and you can flavor it any way you want. ^^ So versatile.
