Well my sweet what do you like?

You can roast capsicum, pumpkin, in thin slices and add to lettuce and dip sauces, with diced cucumber, with a few pinenuts, or Greek Salad, Feta Cheese, tomatoes and cucumber, coz lettuce, with nuts, can you eat fish or chicken? That's not meat..

Fish and chicken are meat, silly ... just not red meat.
Sometimes salads really aren't the best thing for you, nutrition-wise, so you need to be careful that you're not just eating iceberg lettuce and cheese.
Try different kind of greens, like Romaine lettuce or spinach. Add protein in the form of some kind of bean, chickpea, etc. Vary up the colors of what you add, since vegetables with different colors have different nutrients. You can add fruit too if you like, and the same thing goes with fruits about the colors.
I like to have a salad with romaine and iceberg lettuce, croutons for crunch, some carrots and apples as well as banana pepper slices with asian sesame dressing. Yum!
