Do Slimfast really work? Is it safe for me to drink two of them a day and then one good meal?

    In all honesty?

The most important meal of the day is breakfast, as we need energy to get us through the day.

Eggs whilst carrying "good fat" is a great way to start because they keep you fuller longer.

If you then go for a piece of fruit.

    Tuna and salad for lunch.

    Then a few nuts..

In-otherwords, low fat, small meals, constantly, and then go for lean meats ( small portions), or fish, white meats, and as much veg or salad as you want basically at night, eating slowly, you will SLIMFAST, seriously.

Even 15 minute fast walk per day, around the back yard even, will be so beneficial as well.

I think drinking slimming "drinks" that fill you up for a bit, will do exactly that, but you miss out on so much protein, minerals, vitamins that you get from other foods that you feel weak and I don't see the sense in that type of diet.
