Peanut Butter and Pimples?
Has anyone ever heard of peanut butter causes skin breakouts? A girl at my work mentioned it today, and recently my skin has sort of broken out in a few areas, and I wonder if it's attributed to my peanut butter intake? I take granola bars that have a small layer of peanut butter in them to work as my midday snack, a couple days a week, or occasionally I take a spoonful of PB and spread it on Melba toast.
Any thoughts?
