Have you ever tried weight watchers? its basically counting points. After u give them your current weight and height they will give u a certain number of points to use for the day. They have a points tracker online so u can calculate the points for something u want to eat. For example if they give you 25 points to use for the day, u can eat anything as along as u dont go over your points, if u wanna know how much points is there in a cup of cereal, u simply enter the fat amount and fiber amount from the box and they will tell how much points that is. I know it sounds complicated but its works for alot of people and its one of the best diet. It didnt work for me because i cook everyday and i find it a lil too complicated for me to count the points for every ingredient i use, on the other hand it works for other people. i have this friend that losts over 50 pounds doing weight watchers. if you wanna learn more, you can go to
