Have you ever tried weight watchers? its basically counting points. After u give them your current weight and height they will give u a certain number of points to use for the day. They have a points tracker online so u can calculate the points for something u want to eat. For example if they give you 25 points to use for the day, u can eat anything as along as u dont go over your points, if u wanna know how much points is there in a cup of cereal, u simply enter the fat amount and fiber amount from the box and they will tell how much points that is. I know it sounds complicated but its works for alot of people and its one of the best diet. It didnt work for me because i cook everyday and i find it a lil too complicated for me to count the points for every ingredient i use, on the other hand it works for other people. i have this friend that losts over 50 pounds doing weight watchers. if you wanna learn more, you can go to www.weightwatchers.com.

About the calorie counting, u can visit, FitWatch - Get the Data. Get the Knowledge. Get Fit. and click on calorie counter. goodluck!

well since starting the calorie counting 2 day ago i lost 3 lbs i know its too much but i also know that the first week is when you lose the most because of cutting back and actually eating healthy. i did something like this before lost 8 lbs in a week and then slowed down after that week to i am not to worried i am pretty much detoxing my body. I am very happy to know that i am losing again though. i have 3 more lbs to go before i lost a total of 15 lbs. and then i can reward myself with a day of beauty. I think i'm going to get my hair cut and styled that would be nice. and I'll by myself a new lip gloss too. I love lip gloss. besides i dont want to buy any clothes yet i still have skinny clothes for when i do start shrinking more but for now i can deal with being comfortable in my clothes right now. they were tight but not any more yay me.
