Stroutman81 off by memory when he joined, advised he is a physical trainer.

Yes, there have been reports of death from the drinks, they are riddled with stuff and predominately caffeine to keep you awake so to me that's not "energy" per say.

Grab your blender and start making juices out of veg/fruits, you got a better chance of getting energy from them (real food) than man made junk...

Oops, gender... Human made junk...

Same with water, sorry but some swear by the mineral stones .. maybe.. research is saying that tap water is the same as bottled water if not better for us now, who knows, geez, wine was bad, now good, potatoes were bad, chocolate was bad, now a small bit of dark chocolate is good.

Just eat healthily, drink water, keep walking and you'll have energy...

this may suprise you but water actually will give you energy if you drink enough of it. I dont do energy drinks. could never get past the taste of them. I would sit at my desk at work everyday falling asleep. I'd ever go in the bathroom and take a 5 min nap. then I decided to get healthier and started drinkin about 3L of water a day and all of a sudden I'm wide awake at work. When I start getting tired, I drink a glass of water and up I do (an not to the bathroom>>>LOL). Your body needs water. if you deprive your body of the fuel it needs, then you of course you'll feel bogged down

Totally...It took me a bit to get to that stage, but definitely, it helps to keep me hydrated and energetic at times...But I find myself unable to function in the mornings...Like, drowsy and sleepy and exhausted and lost...I tried working out in the early morning, but after work definitely suits me better...Coffee doesnt help...So I noticed people and these energy drinks...I tried a couple and honestly they made me evern more groggy and blah...My doctor said that diet and exercise are your best bet but I was hoping for a quick-fix...Bad I know...oh well...I can usually open up my eyes around 10am...then by 1pm, Im good

nats that is soooo me. I'm not a morning person. right now its 4:25, i got 5 mins left of work and I'm ready to go. By around 11 or 12ish I'm ok but its the first few hrs. I wake up at 6 am every morning for work and my body is cussing me out for doing it...LOL!!! Maybe more sleep is in order. Who know, nothing I do ever seems to help me. I rather stay up till 3 am then wake up at 6...lol

Nats, what time do you go to bed and what time do you wake up, and, and, and, what time do you eat your last meal and what's the basis of that meal.

Haha, 50 questions I know.

Just kidding

Usually around 6:30pm, and its usually like rice and some kinda meat or vegetable curry dish on the side ('cause Im east indian)...I dont eat anything before bed...not usually hungry...Ummmm...I try to keep a routine of going to bed at the same time but Im never tired...It takes me forever to get to sleep so I would say I fall asleep around midnight, after trying since about 9:30...I always wake up at 5:30...my eyes just pop open at that time, weekday or weekend...Sucks
