mmm, well that's your problem sweet, your getting 5 and a half hours sleep a night only .

Have you tried reading in bed? It works for some, it allows your brain to switch off as it's only concentrating on reading instead of all the things going on in life?

I wake at 6am/6.30am every day myself but I do go to bed early and sleep........

GLAD YOU WERE JOKING..

Meh - I drink energy drinks.

An ex of mine did marketing for Monster when they first hit the stores - so that pusher got me hooked and always made sure my fridge was full. I always drank the low carb kind. I drank so much, I could identify variances in taste among packages, lol.

Rockstar low carb is all right tasting - howver my favorite these days is Full Throttle low carb. Tastes like Mountain Dew. I only drink it on the weekends, though, right before I hit the gym.

During the week I use crystal light drink packets with caffeine in them. I only drink em in the A.M....They really get the job done.

Never got into red bull - i'm a cheap a$$ and could never get around paying $4 for something like 12oz.

The funniest thing - I'd be at the gas station and someone would be moaning about $4/gallon gas, yet they'd be buying 12oz of redbull for the same price.

oh trust me it doesn't work. I worked for a casino as a night account team. We'd start work at 1 am pulling the money boxes out of the slot machines and by 4 am I was toast....lol. I'd stand back in the vault on our last part of the morning strapping cash swaying on my feet. I'd strap $20,000 and wouldn't know how I did it. LOL!!! I think the only job I've ever worked that I was able to stay wide awake the whole time was working from 11am-9pm, but around here those jobs pay crappy. The money here are in the corp offices like I'm in now. I hate coffee and energy drinks so I'm pretty much out of options...LOL!!!

If you are going to sleep at midnight and waking at 5:30 then CW is right. I used to do that. I was up till 1 am last night and woke up at 6 this morning and I can feel it. Sleeping pills aren't a good option tho. You then run the risk of oversleeping. some are more sensitive then others. Like me for example, I had to take 2 OTC sleeping pills to finally get me to crash (took them right after my mom passed away) then when I was finally asleep you could come jump on me and I wouldn't have moved. Now my boyfriend on the other hand can take half of 1 and be out like a light and wake up easily when he needs to. this may sound wierd but find lavendar oil and drop a few drops on your pillow. Lavendar helps alot for relaxation. everyone different. I had an ex that begged me to turn on my water fountains around my room cause the sound of water relaxed him. On one of them he wanted me to turn on the sound of thunder but that totally kept me awake until he fell asleep and i turne it off. I can bore myself to sleep but just closing my eyes and just counting, I usually am out by 80 lol!!! No sheep or anything, just counting

you should be able to get it at any health food store such as GNC. If you cant find that then even lavendar scented candles work. I just bought a wax burner set that comes with lavendar scented wax. I cant wait to see if it works just as great
