I am 22, I am married but my husband is currently deployed and my life is anything but stress free right now. My problem is I work full time, we just bought a house and I have a million things I need to do and I dont have any energy or motivation to do it. And I need to do something about it before my husband gets home and our house isnt finished, I havnt lost any weight and im just not where I need to be.
Im always tired but never can sleep. i want to diet but by the time I get home from work I am so tired i'd much rather microwave something crappy than cook something healthy and have to clean up after it. I plan on getting up every morning to work out but when my alarm goes off and I have only gotten a couple hours sleep, I cant help but hit snooze. I have all the intentions, I just dont have anything left in me to follow through. So what I want to know from you guys, is there anything vitamin/supplement wise that you have encountered to help me out, to just get me started. I know once I get on the right track and I can sleep and have something left in me come the end of the day I'll be okay, I just cant get to that point. Thanks for your help and any advice!

If you ate properly and exercised you'd have the energy to eat properly and exercise. You know what I mean?
Why not try to walk or jog to the store after work and pick up healthy foods that don't require cooking? You can eat fresh fruits and vegetables raw and make a tuna salad without have a lot of clean up.
You may want to take a good multi vitamin too.

Try taking an iron supplement. Usually if you're tired like you are, it's because of low iron. I take an iron supplement and it helped tremendously with my fatigue. Or, take a multi-vitamin. It's all good stuff

    Hi,
I used to be exactly the same. I work in a high pressure industry so my stress levels were extremely high and the stress was completely draining so I never had any energy.
I tried B Vitamins and Iron tablets which worked-but not enough.
I ended up giving a vitamin formula called Vitality Plus a go and I've been taking It everyday for 2 years and now feel great.
Have a look at the website (edited link)
It's main function is to allow the body to handle stress more effectively and give you energy.
I recommend it to all my friends who are also very positive about it.
    I hope this helps!
