    Hey

So I'm hoping someone can give me answers..
I have a big problem with food textures. i have a very unhealthy diet because of this.. I hate hate hate meat and vegetables.. the textures make me gag. It's SO frustrating because I love the smell of bacon but I can't eat it because the texture makes me gag, it just puts me right off.
Its also a huge pain when I go out for meals, there's usually nothing I like. My boyfriends family is from a different country, their diet consists mainly of meat and vegetables which is a pain for them and usually ends up on me starving when I go to there house and they think I'm being rude.. but the truth is I don't want to offend them by gagging at their food..

I'm 15 at the moment, around 7-8 stone, 5"4 and have a BMI of 15.3, if any of that helps.. I find it almost impossible to gain any weight..

I'm SO sick of being called fussy Any help?
    xx

Okay, you will need to eat more to get over it. It is the only way. I am not saying you should dive into a steak or a head of broccoli every night but occasionally you will need to have a bite of this and when your parents make dinner. Did you have a lot of junk food in the house as you were growing up? Or did your parents still make healthy things like roast chicken and potatoes? Typically, when no allergies are present, a response like this is a learned behavior. Kids will choose cookies over carrots type thing and if that is all they are exposed to growing up (getting what food they want when they want) they will say they "hate" carrots if they are offered any at a friends place because they are so used to getting the things they do want like cookies.

I can relate in a way though, and I do know that going out to eat can be a tough thing. Personally I despise vinegar, in any form, the slightest taste and I simply will not eat it. It cuts out mainly sauces, cause if your think about it nearly all will have a vinegar base. This means no salad dressings (except caesar), no ketchup, no mustard, no relish, mayo, anything like that. The only thing I can have is bbq sauce lol.
